Students / Teachers   Community / Organizations
What you can do if you want to create a new group:
  • Identify students who would be particularly interested in inquiry/dialogue.
  • Identify teachers who could be committed to creating a safe space after school for critical engagement in issues of concern.
  • Start having preliminary conversations about topics that concern you in the communities and identity groups represented by your members.
  • Think about other schools and/or communities in your area you’d like to partner with or engage in conversation.
  • Call, write, or e-mail and let us know how we can help!

What you can do if your group wants to join or partner with the SNID network:
  • Establish what it means for your group to commit to inquiry and dialogue.
  • Call, write, or e-mail and let us know how we can help!

What We Can Do:
  • Assist in developing structure, continuity, and identity for your group.
  • Help keep your group informed on issues of local, state, regional, national, and international concern.
  • Assist your group in securing the resources you need for projects, research, field trips, etc.
  • Establish and maintain connections between your group and others like it throughout the region.
What You Can Do if you or your organization would like to partner with the SNID network:
  • Keep us informed of any projects, initiatives, or events in your organization or  community.
  • Let us know how you or your organization envisions participation at the high school level.
  • Send us up-to-date information about programs or grants that may be of interest to SNID groups.

What We Can Do:
  • Keep you connected with students and teachers who are dedicated to critical inquiry and intercommunity dialogue.
  • Increase exposure of projects, initiatives, and topics of concern for you or your organization.
  • Facilitate a two-way street between you or your organization and  motivated students: they stay informed of your mission and projects, and you stay informed of their reflections and concerns.
